These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://lotamota.com and the official Android app “LotaMota AI Prompts” (package name: com.lotamota.aiprompts), together referred to as the “Service”. The Service is independently operated by Saurabh Vishwakarma from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing or using the website or the Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service
LotaMota AI Prompts is a free library of ready-made AI photo, poster, and portrait prompts. Users may browse sections such as Home, Trending, Popular, and Saved, search for prompts, customize simple placeholders (for example {Name} or {color, red, cyan}), copy prompts, like, save/favorite, share, and view illustrative sample images.

The Service does not generate AI images. All image creation takes place on third-party platforms such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or other tools chosen by the user. The quality, style, and final result of any image depend entirely on those external services and the settings the user selects. LotaMota has no control over third-party AI tools and is not responsible for their output, availability, or policies.

The website currently does not require login or account creation and does not process payments. An optional message may encourage users to download the official Android companion app. We may add, edit, unpublish, or remove prompts at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Using the website or app constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

• The LotaMota brand name, logo, website design, layout, structure, and the compiled collection of prompts as presented on the Service are owned by Saurabh Vishwakarma / LotaMota.
• Individual prompts are provided for personal and lawful creative use. You may copy a prompt and use it with third-party AI tools to create your own images.
• You may not systematically scrape, download, copy, or harvest the entire prompt library (or large portions of it) for the purpose of creating a competing website, app, database, or commercial product.
• Sample images shown with prompts are illustrative examples only. They do not grant you any license to the identity, likeness, or rights of any person who may appear in an example image.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

4. User responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use any prompt to create content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws applicable to you.
• Use prompts to generate sexual content involving minors, hateful content, violent content that violates applicable law, scams, fraud, or any material prohibited by Google’s policies or local law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service, its servers, or other users.
• Misrepresent the origin of prompts or claim that LotaMota itself generated the final AI images.

You are solely responsible for any content you create using prompts taken from LotaMota when you use third-party AI tools. LotaMota has no control over those tools or the images they produce.

5. No warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:

• Any prompt will produce a particular result or quality of image.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of technical issues.
• Sample images accurately predict every possible output from third-party AI tools.

Your use of prompts and any resulting images is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saurabh Vishwakarma and LotaMota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your use of any prompt, or any images generated by third-party AI tools.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Service is currently free, this amount is zero in most cases.

7. Advertising
The website may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of those advertisements. Any interaction you have with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the Service, scrapes content, or engages in conduct that harms the project or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. External links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or apps (including the Google Play Store, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of those external services.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
